Christmas Rumpy Pumpy

1 x 75 Crinnaghtaun Apple Juice
1/4 Lemon
5 whole Cloves
3 sticks of Cinnamon
a tot of White Rum
1 tbsp Honey

Serves 6
Heat the Crinnaghtaun Apple Juice and infuse with the Cinnamon, Cloves, 3 slices of Lemon and Honey. DO NOT ALLOW TO BOIL. Pour the white rum into a warmed glass and add the apple juice infusion.
